BUTTERFLY DREAMS CAN COME TRUE A butterfly emerges Deep within its cocoon Spreading its wings, With hues so Incredibly bright, Wings fluttering faster Ready to depart, Beating stronger with So much power, Gracefully, It finally takes flight. You also are able To become visible Just like that Beautiful butterfly, Show your true colours It’s your time To shine, to move forward, Let your voice soar Give it power, so deserving To be heard, acknowledged. Butterfly dreams can Bring you freedom To become who you really are, Helping to release All the hurt and pain From the horrors of abuse; Spread your own wings, Soar high, become strong Speak out, no longer afraid. You deserve to be Free, beginning to see The path that Will lead you to So much happiness Love and contentment, Helping you move forward Letting go of the horrid past That kept you captive and Your mind in a state of regress.
